筑西市のご一行様、今期（７月２４、２５日）２回目、チタケを初め千本シメジ、タマゴダケ、アイ茸、ヤマドリイグチ、ほうき茸、・・・大収穫の整理に夢中。
千本シメジ・・・・先週ゲットしたのは、炊き込みご飯、ピーマンとズッキーニの炒め物でお客様に大好評でした。
